2017 Visualforce page customization: In order to allow for a more flexible custom code solution, we took an existing visualforce page with hard coded IDs and created an admin friendly page to allow update of the visualforce dynamically.

2016 Sales Process Optimization: In order to provide more accurate sales pipeline information on their company metrics the use of Leads was implemented. A full data migration and new dashboards were configured.

2017 Training, Data Load, Mailchimp Integration: To provide better marketing insights a data import of leads was implemented. Mailchimp integration allowed for campaign updates from Mailchimp. Overall Salesforce admin training was delivered in order to allow for future updates to be completed in house.

Shipware: Transportation Industry optimization

2017 Sales Training, Analytics, Leads: Near to go live date for an enhancement project, there was a need to do an end user training and some last minute report and dashboard updates. ITequality was able to deliver a one day on site training and make all of the updates.

2018 Pardot, Sales Cloud & Lightning: Repeat business for general Sales Cloud assistance and working alongside another consulting team to assist with Pardot. Classic to Lightning UI migration.

2017 Payment Processing, Custom Code Discovery: A payment processing emergency required ITequality to quickly identify and resolve the issue.

2016 Troubleshooting, Classic to Lightning, Lightning Outlook Connector: Unable to log in to Salesforce, a quick discovery and resolution was necessary. ITequality was able to resolve the custom IP ranges and provide custom profiles to resolve security issues. Later projects included moving from Classic to Lightning UI and connecting the Lightning Outlook connector.

2013 Salesforce - ACT Migration: Data migration from an old version of ACT to Salesforce using a proprietary tool. Due to limitations with data migration the decision was made to stay with a newer version of ACT.
